PRESS ACCREDITATIONS
To follow the event as a journalist or photographer, a press accreditation is compulsory.
All requests must be sent by e-mail and include the following information:
- Full name
- Country
- Media represented
- Type of media / frequency
- Function
- Mobile phone number
- E-mail address
- Preferred dates of attendance on site
Your application must be accompanied by a letter of accreditation issued by your editor-in-chief (press, TV, radio, agency)
Accreditation requests to be made via the email above. Possibilities for boarding to take footage from the heart of the regattas, access to the terraces of Fort Saint Louis and access to the Media Centre (1st floor of the former LA PLAGE restaurant, Anse du Lido) to benefit from a complete viewpoint of all the regattas.
REQUEST FOR ACCESS - Shooting at sea
Requests for sea access (press boats) are subject to validation and depend on :
the availability of press shuttles,
weather conditions,
the editorial priorities defined by the organisation.
To request sea access, please specify in your accreditation request :
- the type of shot (photo / video),
- the editorial objectives (reporting, broadcasting, specific orders),
- the desired date and the estimated time spent on the water.
Priority for access is given to media with a commitment to publish about the Toulon Provence Regatta.
A confirmation will be sent to you before the day in question, with the time and meeting point.
Regarding the FFV licences required for boarding, we will centralise requests for day licences before the event via email.
Please note: The cost of daily licences for individuals who do not already possess one will be covered by the organisation.
