Training regattas off to a flying start! | Twelve Med Events

D-1 before the Regatta

After a first day berthed at the quayside due to the strength of the wind, the crews were able to take to the sea today!

Breakfast, a briefing for the skippers and crews, and the yachts are ready to set sail in glorious sunshine.

Teams (higher education institutions, companies, works councils, private individuals, etc.) compete in races involving one-metre-long model sailing boats. Once the starting line has been crossed, the remote controls are no longer touched and the Artificial Intelligence takes over until the finish.

An evening of rest for the crews to prepare for the first day of the official regatta, tomorrow!
