No fewer than 290 primary school pupils from the TPM metropolitan area were able to practise their seamanship, knots and flags of the international alphabet. The presentation panels for the various sponsored yachts were handed over to the skippers, and you can now discover them all along the Carr\u00e9 du Port. After a visit to the exhibition and discussions in the Mairie d'Honneur with skippers Cl\u00e9ment GIRAUD and Mikael MERGUI, the sponsors of the regatta, it was time to visit the different boats... \"It was great! It was great!\" exclaimed one of the schoolchildren ...<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As the yachts were unable to get out for regatta training, the first visits open to the public were able to serenely follow those of the exhibition \"The Coupe de France, 130 years of regattas\" held in the Mairie d'Honneur. A large screen has now been installed in the Carr\u00e9 du Port, allowing the public to admire these exceptional yachts at sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day ended with a talk on the history of the French challenge and its new prospects in SAIL GP, catamaran on F50 foils or AC40 and AC75, at speeds approaching 100km\/h! Un grand \u00e9cran est d\u00e9sormais en place sur le Carr\u00e9 du port et permet au public d&rsquo;admirer ces exceptionnels voiliers en mer. Un grand \u00e9cran est d\u00e9sormais en place sur le Carr\u00e9 du port et permet au public d&rsquo;admirer ces exceptionnels voiliers en mer. Cette journ\u00e9e s&rsquo;est termin\u00e9e autour de l&rsquo;histoire du d\u00e9fi fran\u00e7ais et de ses nouvelles perspectives en SAIL GP, catamaran sur foil F50 ou AC40 et AC75, \u00e0 des vitesses fr\u00f4lant les 100km\/h&nbsp;! Il fallait s&rsquo;accrocher \u00e0 son fauteuil&nbsp;!
