The Toulon Provence Regatta was born.<\/p><p>The Club Nautique de la Marine in Toulon responded to the call by positioning itself to organise the sea side of the regatta. As the CNMT was unable to easily manage the financial entries\/exits due to its state status, it was decided to create an association under the law of 1901 \"Twelve Med Events\" in June 2023. Thanks to its harbour facilities and nautical resources, it offers its members the opportunity to develop sailing and water sports. In this way, it contributes to the knowledge of the maritime environment and to the sporting training of its members. It is located within the military area of the Toulon naval base. Thierry MEILLOUR \/ Xavier CAUX \/ Herv\u00e9 MATHIEU-RESUGE Les fondateurs Afin d\u2019accompagner l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la flamme olympique \u00e0 Toulon le 10 mai 2024, trois passionn\u00e9s par la voile et leur territoire, ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en valeur le patrimoine maritime toulonnais et les voiliers de classe 12 MJI\u00a0: Anciens voiliers de la Coupe de l\u2019America mais \u00e9galement premiers voiliers des Jeux Olympiques au d\u00e9but du 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. La Toulon Provence Regatta \u00e9tait n\u00e9e. Le Club Nautique de la Marine \u00e0 Toulon a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019appel en se positionnant sur l\u2019organisation du c\u00f4t\u00e9 Mer de la r\u00e9gate. Le CNMT \u00e9tant dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer facilement les entr\u00e9es\/sorties financi\u00e8res de par son statut \u00e9tatique, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er une association loi 1901 \u00ab\u00a0Twelve Med Events\u00a0\u00bb en juin 2023. Le club nautique co-organisateur Le Club nautique de la Marine \u00e0 Toulon, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1929, est ouvert aux ressortissants militaires et civils de toute cat\u00e9gorie du minist\u00e8re des arm\u00e9es qui partagent un int\u00e9r\u00eat commun pour le nautisme.
